- Payments are non-refundable.
- Classes must be attended on the scheduled date and time.
- If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, learning modules or worksheets will be provided as a substitute for the lesson.
- The missed session will be considered completed through the assigned modules and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- If there are any concerns regarding schedules, please inform the tutor as early as possible.
