Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Peyg.app (“Peyg”, “we”, “us”), operated by Ground Gurus. By creating an account or using peyg.app, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Peyg for a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind that business.

Peyg lets you build and publish a branded mini-site — a storefront page with your products, services, vouchers, reviews, and an inquiry form that sends buyer messages to your dashboard and email.

Peyg is not a marketplace or a payment processor. Buyers don't check out through Peyg: prices shown on your page are informational, and every sale — payment, delivery, warranty, returns — is a transaction directly between you and your buyer. We are not a party to it and don't take a cut of it.

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• Keep your password safe — activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us immediately at hello@peyg.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Some accounts are provisioned for you by the Peyg team during onboarding; the same Terms apply from your first sign-in.

Everything you publish — photos, product details, copy — stays yours. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute that content so we can run your storefront, and to use your business name and page in showcasing Peyg (we'll honor a request to opt out of showcasing).

You're responsible for your content: that you have the rights to it, that product claims and prices are accurate, and that nothing on your page infringes anyone's rights or misleads buyers.

• Badges are granted after a manual, good-faith review of the registration numbers and documents you submit (DTI, SEC, BIR, and similar).
• A badge means your document checked out at review time. It is not an endorsement, a guarantee of your products, or insurance for buyers.
• Submitting forged or misleading documents is grounds for immediate account termination. We may revoke a badge if the underlying registration lapses or the review turns out to have been based on inaccurate information.

Don't use Peyg to:

• sell anything illegal in the Philippines — counterfeit goods, regulated items without the required permits, stolen property;
• run scams, fake promos, or deceptive pricing;
• infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other rights;
• misuse buyer data from inquiries (one inquiry is not consent to a marketing list);
• interfere with the platform — probing, scraping at scale, or circumventing plan limits.

We may unpublish a page or suspend an account that violates these rules, with notice where practical.

• The Free plan is free forever, with the limits shown on our pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed annually, in advance, in Philippine pesos, via GCash, Maya, or card.
• If you cancel a paid plan, it stays active until the end of the paid year and simply doesn't renew. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• If a paid plan lapses, your page stays up but paid features (extra products, vouchers, badge slots, premium designs) revert to Free-plan limits.
• Plan prices may change; changes take effect at your next renewal, never mid-term, and we'll tell you first.

You can stop using Peyg any time — unpublish your page from Settings or ask us to delete your account at hello@peyg.app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal risk; for anything short of fraud or illegal content we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it. After closure we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Peyg is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it fast and online, but we don't promise uninterrupted service, and we're not responsible for the conduct of sellers or buyers, the quality of products sold through a storefront, or content sellers publish.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Peyg's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim — or ₱1,000 if you're on the Free plan. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

If a third party brings a claim against us because of your content, your products, or your breach of these Terms, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. For significant changes we'll notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes go to the proper courts of the Philippines, unless mandatory law gives you a different venue.
